Artificial Intelligence (AI) will increase across all realms of health care. Balancing innovation and improving patient care with data privacy, ethics, and potential AI bias will require professional frameworks.

ACN recognises the need to identify the evolving specialised digital and informatics nursing roles that are critical in the development, governance, use, and assurance of patient safety within the current healthcare system.”
