Healthcare is constantly evolving, with some aspects of change faster than others. However in a pandemic, uncertainty emits in all aspects of work (and life). Evolving process and guidelines as the health care team learn how to cope, combat, manage all from quality and safety perspective to benefit patient and team. There is a lot of new information and change to keep on top off, as well as the normal challenges within healthcare.
