This article provides an insight into the use of technology and AI opportunites in the future of health care professionals. Opportunities for individual and the multi disciplinary team training development on how to train and provide experience in compartmentalised health care processes using AI along with simulation as an education coach. Education can be divided into procedural-based training, scenario-based training, and then interprofessional education and leadership.
Health care simulation is a range of activities that share a broad, similar purpose – to improve the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of health care services.
